The formula that has given success to the Spada is simple: a characteristic, well-kept rustic space, quality products, genuine cuisine, spit-roasted and grilled meats cooked to perfection and above all, something increasingly difficult to find in Florence, an excellent relationship quality price. The main dish is the "Grande roosto Mixed on a spit" always served with roast potatoes and the Florentine steak cooked on the grill, exclusively oak and hornbeam, which give the meat a unique flavor. Very nice to see the large rotisserie with a flame always alive, now among the few in Florence.
